Louise Beltzung Horvath graduated in socio economics at the University of Economics in Vienna in 2009. In 2008, she was research fellow at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development. In 2009, she was research assistant at the University of Economics in Vienna (Department of Social Politics). From 2009 to 2011, she has been a research fellow at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Comparative Research in the Social Sciences. As such, she was involved in the EU project PRACTIS Privacy – Appraising Challenges to Technologies and Ethics. Since 2016 she is head of the projekt "Internet of Toys" at the ÖIAT.

 

 

 

Jens S. Dangschat is Professor of urban sociology and demography at the Faculty of Architecture and Spatial Planning of the Vienna University of Technology. He is the Head of the Department of Sociology (ISRA) and the President of the Austrian Association of Sociology (since 2009). He has published numerous books and articles on aspects of social inequalities, residential segregation, migration & integration, space and sustainable development. He is the main tutor of this dissertation.
